Fire & Salt…(Oak Ridge)

Excellent food and service! I got the shrimp and grits and my wife enjoyed the grilled chicken risotto. I was fortunate to get to meet chef Alex. Thanks Fire and Salt on participating with the Lifestyle cards. It introduced us to your restaurant.

The most amazing dinner my husband and I have shared so far. The lamb chops were perfect, as was the filet mignon. We treated ourselves without regret and will do so again!

This was our 1st time at FIre & Salt. We were there with friends, who had been there before, and immediately greeted by a very pleasant host & hostess. The server & wait staff were very helpful & accommodating with all our questions & requests. The menu was not overly extensive but nicely inclusive of many choices & specialties for all. The portions were appropriate and nicely seasoned. We’ll definitely go back.

My favorite on the list this year is/was Fire and Salt. We went three times. Every part of the restaurant is great. The food of course, ambience, but especially the wait staff.

A must go place. Food is excellent. We have been back several times and recommended it to friends.

They have seasonal menus. It is an intimate restaurant without being stuffy. The wait staff is exceptional.

We’ve eaten there three times and love this restaurant. Never would have found it if it wasn’t on the PocketSaver program. If you haven’t been, go before the 2024 card expires.

Pasta special was excellent!!! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.

We went there for a birthday celebration. They had a birthday card on the table. Nice touch. The food was excellent and our server, Rachel, was very nice. We will return.

You can’t beat the service. Knowledgeable and prompt.

great food and great service – well worth the drive to oak ridge

One of the best dinner experiences that we have had in a long time. The food was excellent but the waitress we had was absolutely outstanding! We had a great dinner!

We went to Fire and Salt on our outing to Oak Ridge. We brought 8 additional people with us and everyone loved their meals. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated our anniversary with friends… the atmosphere… the wait staff and the food were outstanding !

Went to Fire & Salt with two other couples. Menu is a bit limited but my husband and I decided on the Filet. I ordered mine medium rare and was cooked perfect. My husband ordered his medium well.  We did order one side salad as an extra side and they did split the salad on two plates before it came out. We were pleasantly surprised, as both plates had plenty of salad on each. Overall, I would give it another try.

This is a gem restaurant with the best burgers ever !!

We visited Fire and Salt a short time ago at the recommendation of some of our friends. They recommended the Filet which
was fantastic. Definitely was worth the drive to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and food. We look forward to going back there again soon. Bart
